ATtiny161X MCU Family. Covers the ATtiny1616 microcontroller used in the LED badge. Cached PDF copy here. Pages 14-18 have the pinout diagrams and I/O multiplexing information.

TX4310B Charge Pump Converter. Datasheet in Chinese by way of LCSC who stock this part. Cached PDF copy with machine-translated English here. Tiny SOT-23-6 package that requires no inductor and supposedly can handle >200mA output @ 3.3V from lower or higher input voltages.

MCP970XX Linear Temperature Sensor. Datasheet in English from Microchip, covers 9700, 9700A, and 9701 variants. Cached PDF copy here. Sensor has a linear response with factory-set zero, which makes it easy to use. Inaccurate, but extremely inexpensive and in small SOT-23-3 and SC-70 packages.

ALS-PT19 Ambient Light Sensor. Datasheet in English from Everlight via LCSC. Cached PDF copy here. Inexpensive phototransistor only needing one external resistor to use. Has decent linearity and frequency response for visible light.

ZTS6117 MEMS microphone. Datasheet in English from Zilltek via LCSC. Cached PDF copy here. Pre-amplified and filtered MEMs microphone with a top port and a small footprint.

Firmware & Libraries

megaTinyCore by Spence Konde. This provides Arduino compatibility (and compatibility with most libraries available) for the newer tinyAVR 0, 1, and 2 series. He also has a core for the AVR Dx series MCUs.
